The hotel has a great location, perfect to explore the area. The room is spacious and clean, with a cozy and beautiful bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. The bathtub was amazing and one of the best features of the room. the king suite was very private and quiet, perfect for a restful stay.
One minor downside is that the Wi-Fi was spotty in certain spots of the room.

We were able to walk to all of the main attractions and restaurants in the area. The room was very pretty and cozy, which made us feel at home. The hot tub in the bathroom was the best! We couldn't get enough of it.
We did have a few issues during our stay. The room was a little dark for our taste, and the bathroom had a problem with a smelly strainer.

I had a few issues during my stay that impacted my overall experience. the Wi-Fi was spotty and only worked in random spots in my room, which made it difficult for me to work online.

It was an excellent experience staying at this luxury hotel. The spacious and spotless room was equipped with exclusive amenities. The top-notch service from the accommodating staff made me feel pampered and comfortable all the time. I was delighted with the private facilities that were a perfect oasis after a busy day in the city. The perfect location was a plus that allowed me to explore the vibrant Puebla.
Although there was only one minor issue during my stay, the lighting in the room was a bit dark for my taste. Nevertheless, it did not affect my fantastic time at the venue, and the staff was always ready to assist me with any request, including the complimentary breakfast served at the restaurant.
